Calypso Shawl
There was a correction made to edge chart in May of 2008. I have added the written directions to adding the edge. It was too confusing by just having the chart alone. Also, when starting the knit on border, knit one row after casting on the 4 stitches, then start the pattern.
I have sent a corrected pattern to those who purchased the pattern on this site.
There is one correction on patterns bought prior to June 1.
Chart 1, on the border stitches has the yo in the wrong location. It should be k2together then yo, k4, ssk. The border stitches are the same all the way through the shawl. The mistake is only on one side of chart 1.
All new patterns are the corrected version.
Pattern downloaded after June 1, 2008 are correct.

If you are working "Peppermint Twist" from the "Creative Home Arts Magazine" Sept/Oct 08 Issue. They have a misprint.
The heel flap should be printed like this;
HEEL:Eye of Partridge heel flap.
Row 1:*SL1, K1*. Rep. to end.
Row 2 & 4: SL1, P to last stitch, K last stitch.
Row 3: SL1, *SL1, K1 * Rep between * * to last 2 stitches, K2.
Repeat these 4 rows until you have 32 rows complete.
Heel flap worked on the 32sts on needle 1.

"Entwined" Shoulder Shawl.
In the section where it says "Divide for neck" The last row says: "Repeat Rows 85-92, six more times, ends with Row 116". It should say 140 not 116. Patterns downloaded after 2/14/09 will be the corrected version.
E rrata for “Entwined” Shawl Pattern
For some reason it was omitted when printing beginning copies of pattern.
Tie End: With all the finger stitches from one side only back on needle, repeat Rows 85-92, three times.
Repeat R85-R92 and decrease by knitting 2 together or purling 2 together at the
beginning of each row until you have 1 stitch left. (NOTE: If you begin row with a purl
pattern, then purl 2 together, if you begin the row with a knit pattern, then knit 2
together). Bind off.
For easier clarification on how to work the basket weave pattern tails one at a time.
Here is a quick guide to working the tie ends:
R85: *p4, k4* end with p4
R86: *k4, p4* end with k4
R87: Repeat row 85
R88: Repeat row 86
R89: Repeat row 86 (this is the transition row and alters the basket weave)
R90: Repeat row 85
R91: Repeat row 86
R92: Repeat row 85
Repeat these 8 rows 3 times total. But remember you are also decreasing at the same time so your pattern will be intrerupted by that process.
